Credits and billing

Divyam charges each successful request against your account's credit, at the rates of the model you requested. Divyam doesn't charge failed requests.

Check your balance

Select Credits & Billing in the console. The Credit balance card shows your remaining credit and its currency, how much was Granted, and how much you have Spent. The balance catches up within a few minutes of a request. For spend by model or by day, see Logs and usage.

When credit runs out

HTTP 402

When your credit runs out, every request fails with HTTP 402 until you add credit. Retrying doesn't help.

To hear before your credit runs out, set a low-credit alert. See Alerts.

Add credit

To add credit, email hello@divyam.ai with your account email and the amount you need.
